Campus Services and Tools
The University of Cagayan Valley (UCV) provides campus services and workplace resources that help employees carry out their daily responsibilities. From administrative offices and library resources to health and security services, these facilities support a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Whether you are a faculty member, administrator, or non-teaching employee, these campus services are available to support you throughout your time at UCV.
Administrative Offices
Many of the University’s administrative offices are located in the Judge Ventura V. Perez (JVP) Building, which serves as UCV’s main administrative building.
Employees may visit the building for official university transactions, administrative concerns, and coordination with various offices.
The building also houses:

- Maritime laboratories
- The University’s central
CCTV Command Centre
Office Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
University Library
The University Library, located in the LPD Building, supports teaching, research, and professional development. Faculty members and employees may use the library to:
Access books and reference materials
Conduct research
Use quiet study and learning spaces
Support teaching and academic work
University Health Services
Employees have access to basic health services through the Health, Food, and Safety Office (University Clinic) located in the Victor Herbert N. Perez (VHNP) Building.
The clinic supports the health and well-being of the university community by providing basic health assistance during office hours.
Campus Security Services
UCV maintains a secure campus through its security personnel and monitoring systems.
Security services include:
A 24-hour Guard House
Campus access control
Visitor registration
Security monitoring
CCTV surveillance through the University's Command Centre
Visitors entering the campus are required to present a valid identification card at the security desk.
Employee Resources
The Human Resource Development Office provides services that support employees throughout their employment at UCV.
Available services include:
- Employee records management
- Attendance and leave administration
- Employment documents and certifications
- Employee orientation
- Recruitment support
- Training and professional development
Who Can Use These Services?
Most campus services are available to:
- Faculty members
- Administrative employees
- Non-teaching personnel
- Officially enrolled students
Some services are also available to visitors after completing the University’s security procedures.
